Indoor air quality influences people's health and well-being.
The internal environment of our homes is oftentimes more exposed to pollutants and toxic substances than the external one: ventilation systems, building materials, furnishings and cleaning detergents are all sources of pollution that are not to be underestimated. This release of harmful substances can cause concentration disorders, headaches, burning eyes, watery eyes, irritation of the airways and allergic reactions.
In addition to proper room ventilation, the use of natural materials of mineral and vegetable origin - which do not disperse volatile organic compounds in the environment (very low VOC values) - is of fundamental importance for preserving the quality of indoor air and our health.
