With the Terracruda wall System the project saw the creation of an exhibition space on the occasion of the MADE Expo Fair - Milan Building Architecture Design (Milano Archittetura Design Edilizia).
The clay finishes have a particular aesthetic, and thanks to its plasticity and workability it is possible to achieve an artistic effect, becoming veritable works of art.
On the occasion of the MADE Expo International Fair, a space for a live artistic performance was conceived: the clay wall was modelled, with work left in progress, which allowed visitors to directly witness it come to fruition.
Details of the intervention
MADE Expo is the elite meeting platform for companies, architects, engineers, designers, window and door manufacturers, construction companies, retailers and operators in the sector.
A particular context within which the exhibition space made of clay was able to stand out for its originality.
The stand was entirely built during the opening days of the event. This choice has allowed visitors to appreciate the malleability and versatility of the use of raw earth and to discover its application techniques.
The walls were customized with a protruding tree design, courtesy of the artist Isabella Breda.
